Customers Coming in Without a Live Scan Form

This guide assists customers who arrive without a physical live scan form.

 

1. Customers may not have a physical live scan form. Please have them follow instructions:

o Go to our website https://www.applicantservices.com/ca-social-distancing

o Click on the “Transaction History” menu option at the top.

o Use your email to access the page

o You will find the ATI number in the main section

o Find/select your transaction

o Scroll down a little to the Available Options section to Print Form

o Be sure there is an ORI displayed on the Live Scan form
