How to Customize and Set Service Center Hours and Availability
This article provides oversight on how to update your store hours and availability for each Live Scan machine and location. These are fully customizable and can be set by any admin user at your organization. *Please note - you need to have admin access in order to access this section of our web portal
1. Click on Admin Login

2. Type in your login credentials
3. Type password

4. Click on My Agency

5. Navigate toward the bottom of the page and select the arrow to the right of 'service center hours'

6. Select which location and machine you want to edit the hours for.

7. On this page, you'll be able to designate, a) the machine operating hours and days b) how many appointments you would like to host per hour, and how many applicants you can service in those intervals
We recommend 10–15 minute appointment intervals and 1 applicant per interval
