How to Find Payment ID / QR Code

This guide provides a valuable shortcut to quickly retrieve your Payment ID and QR code for completing an online Livescan appointment. By following a few simple steps on the ApplicantServices.com website, you can effortlessly access the form containing both the Payment ID and its corresponding QR code.

1. Log into applicantservices.com account

2. Click on Transaction History

Located in top navigation bar

Click on Transaction History

3. Select the transaction you wish to retrieve the Payment ID or QR code of

Transaction is selected when highlighted green.
If transaction is not found, change the filter dates.

Select the transaction you wish to retrieve the Payment ID or QR code of

4. Scroll down and click "Print Form"

Located under "Available Options For ..."

Scroll down and click "Print Form"

5. This form will open and display the Payment ID and QR code
