1. Enter Payment ID / QR Code
To enter a Payment ID/QR code into the Livescan4G app, find this field in the top right of the main screen.

2. EXPIRATION DATE
A Payment ID/QR code will fail if it is expired. If it is expired the applicant will need to reschedule the appointment through applicantservices.com.

3. ERROR: PROBLEM LOADING THE TOT
If you receive this error, make sure your device is connected to the internet. Importing a Payment ID/QR code requires your device to be connected to internet.
