Understanding Contract Codes
Contract codes are assigned by Biometrics4ALL for a specific purpose and business arrangement. Entering in a contract code will populate certain fields, lock other fields, and change fields from optional to mandatory. Follow the steps below to submit a transaction using a contract code.
1. Locate the contract code on the Request for Live Scan Form
There are many contract codes available, so be sure to look for the contract code field, checking all the forms. Contract codes are always in a 4-letter format, such as ABCD. If the applicant does not have a contract code, ask them to bring a Live Scan Request Form from their Requesting Agency

2. Contract codes may appear in the ORI section. If the ORI is a 4-letter code, enter this in the Contract Code field instead of the ORI field.

3. The contract code can be entered in the contract code field on the Desktop page, where all the TOTs are displayed
If the wrong contract code is entered, you will need to cancel the transaction and create a new one.

4. Confirm contract code entry
The descriptor page should include a populated Contract Code field if successfully submitted. The Requesting Agency's information (ORI, Type of Application, etc.) will populate as well. You will need to enter the applicant's personal info and take their fingerprints

5. Biometrics4ALL will reimburse you for these transactions at the end of the month
Do not collect any fees from the applicant. We keep track of every contract code you scan and submit. At the end of the month, we will reimburse you. Payments vary depending on the type of application, but they average around $10.
