1. Requesting Hardware Replacement
Once your laptop reaches the end of its lifecycle, we recommend obtaining a replacement. To proceed, please contact us at support@biometrics4all.com. We will provide you with a replacement quote outlining the available options for purchase.
2. Picking the type of Laptop
You will have three models to choose from: Standard, Performance, and High Performance. Additionally, you can opt to include a Pro license as an optional add-on for the computer.
Standard model (Windows 11 Home Edition, Core i3/Ryzn 3, 8GB RAM, SSD)
Performance model (Windows 11 Home Edition, Core i5/Ryzn 5, 8GB RAM, SSD)
High Performance model (Windows 11 Home Edition, Core i7/Ryzn 7, 8GB RAM, SSD)
3. Optional: Scanner Upgrades
Additionally, these quotes include configuration of the computer with your existing Cal-DOJ assignments. Cal-DOJ does require transaction testing after the computer arrives at your facility. Your Live Scan service will be switched to “Testing Mode” at Cal-DOJ. Biometrics4ALL will coordinate the testing with Cal-DOJ and you to perform the test. Once testing has successfully passed and confirmed by Cal-DOJ, we will inform Cal-DOJ to switch you back to “Production” mode. These quotes also contain the options to replace your old scanner with a current model. Here are the models to choose from:

4. To Place the Order(2 Steps)

STEP 1: Email us the signed quote (page with the model you want):

Sign at the upper right hand corner of the quote with the scanner hardware of your choice. A PDF document or a photo of the signed page will work. Be sure to have written in the info requested.

STEP 2: Pay for the system in full (DOJ Requirement) using one of the following options:
o Pay using a Bank Account (ACH withdraw) or credit card

Send the amount at the bottom of the quote or invoice.
Send an email to accounting@biometrics4all.com confirming payment was made by Zelle® and provide the quote or invoice number that was paid.
Notify accounting@biometrics4all.com that you have made a payment via Zelle® and provide the estimate/quote/invoice number

5. Important Note:
Sales Tax rate shown in the quote is based on the California Standard Tax Rate. Your City and County may have additional sales tax which our accounting will add to the price at the time of Invoice. You can sign the attached quote and tax rate will be adjusted at a later time. If you wish to purchase scanner replacement as well, please cross out the quantity of 0 and write in quantity of 1 and change the sub total prices. We will calculate the rest.
