Getting Ink Fingerprint Cards (FD-258)

# With our website, we do not offer the process of getting an FD-258 Ink Fingerprint card, we offer the background check service. If you require the ink fingerprint cards, you can follow these steps!

1. You can get ink fingerprint cards (FD-258) from any local businesses that offers Ink Fingerprinting services. A list of these locations can be found in this link here. If you would like to print ink fingerprint cards at home to bring with you to a location, please find this link here for a PDF and printable version of the FD-258 Cards. Please note, it is best practice to call ahead and ask the location if they have cards available at the location before you arrive. 

You can get ink fingerprint cards (FD-258) from any local businesses that offers Ink Fingerprinting services, but you can also find a list of Law Enforcement Locations with the link below. Note that you would want to get at least 2 copies of the FD-258 cards.

**Please note, if you already have your fingerprint card completed, please do not send the cards to Biometrics4ALL, as we do not process fingerprint cards at our corporate office. 

For FDLE and AHCA Level 2 Background Screening using our Online Nationwide Live Scan Fingerprinting, simply select the correct occupation or ORI to create your transaction, and if no live scan location is available within 30 miles, the system will automatically prompt you to schedule a Hard Card (Ink Fingerprint) appointment and mail your cards to Capital LiveScan in Sacramento.
