Tables Update

If you encounter the “Please update tables” error because your tables are older than 60 days, this guide will help you resolve it smoothly. Table updates happen automatically when your device is connected to the internet, so simply wait about 10 minutes for the newest data to download. You can confirm the update by checking the “Last Table Update” date on a new transaction screen.

If you are receiving this error, you may be restricted from submitting transactions until your tables are updated.

2. Receiving update

Table updates are done automatically. Make sure your device is connected to internet and wait 10 minutes for table updates to download.

3. Confirm updates

Upon opening a new transaction, check the "Last Table Update" date in the bottom right of the screen. If update is within 60 days, you will now be able to successfully submit transactions.

4. Updating Tables for a previously created transaction

  • If you have already started a transaction prior to the table update, this transaction will stay on the table update that it began with.

  • To update tables on a created transaction, you must create a copy of the transaction.

  • This will keep use the current version of your tables while keeping the information/fingerprints.
